	The owners of this property approached JHT Construction with their own custom plans.  JHT Construction worked with the owners to modify their custom plans to fit their lot requirements while at the same time satisfying their needs for their custom home.  This home has approximately 4,000 square feet with four bedrooms, four baths and a three car garage.
